Leading national law firm team seeks a lateral partner to join its construction and real estate litigation practice in Lincoln. The role focuses on managing complex construction disputes and related commercial real estate litigation across trial and arbitration forums.

The successful candidate will lead matters from intake to resolution, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with practice colleagues across the region. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and to grow a regional litigation practice.

Established partner with substantial experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes.
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and a track record of managing teams on complex matters.
Demonstrable business development capability; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work collaboratively across offices.
