Experienced construction and real estate litigator sought to join a busy regional office in Tulsa. The role focuses on handling commercial construction disputes, associated real estate matters, and related litigation for a diverse client base across the region.

Ideal candidates will step into a partner-level role with responsibility for case management, courtroom and ADR representation, and mentoring junior lawyers. There is opportunity to develop or bring a portable practice and to participate in client development initiatives.

Proven partner-level or senior litigation experience in construction and commercial real estate disputes.
Track record of courtroom and ADR advocacy; experience managing complex matters from intake through resolution.
Ability to originate and grow client relationships — portable business welcomed.
Licensed to practice in Oklahoma or able to obtain admission; strong written and oral communication skills.
