Well-established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare Litigation practice in Tulsa. The role will focus on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients on a range of regulatory, civil litigation and risk-management matters.

The team handles complex litigation and regulatory disputes for hospitals, health systems, medical practices and life‑science entities. The opportunity is suited to a partner who can operate independently on high‑value matters while collaborating with a cross‑regional team on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on healthcare and/or life sciences disputes.
Proven trial and/or significant defense litigation experience in healthcare‑related matters (regulatory investigations, FCA/qui tam, professional liability, reimbursement disputes, etc.).
Bar admission in Oklahoma or ability to obtain admission; eligibility to appear in federal courts.
Established client relationships and a portable practice preferred; ability to originate and grow business in the region.
Strong writing, oral advocacy and client‑management skills; experience supervising associates and developing junior lawyers.
