Senior-partner opportunity to join the Tulsa office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on employment and labor litigation, taking responsibility for complex employment disputes across state and federal courts.

The partner will lead litigation matters, supervise and mentor associates, and work closely with clients to manage risk and drive favorable outcomes. There is an expectation to grow and, where applicable, bring a portable practice or client relationships to the office.

Established track record in employment and labor litigation, including motion practice and trial experience.
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
Proven client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business desirable.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
