Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a litigation and labor & employment practice in the Tulsa office of a national US firm. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related claims and construction litigation.

This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development. The hiring team welcomes candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in relevant sectors.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on employment/labor and commercial disputes.
Experience handling healthcare, professional liability or construction-related matters preferred.
Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex cases from intake through resolution.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business or strong client relationships preferred.
Admission to the relevant state bar and good standing.
