Leading national US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tulsa litigation team with a strong securities and white-collar practice. The role will lead complex civil and regulatory matters and contribute to an established trial and investigations practice.

The successful candidate will handle private-client matters and a mix of fee arrangements across commercial litigation and securities-related disputes. The role offers client-facing leadership, responsibility for case strategy, and collaborative work with regional and national teams.

Proven trial and securities litigation experience; substantial white-collar or regulatory work preferred
Established relationships with clients and the ability to develop or bring portable matters
Track record leading teams on contested matters and regulatory investigations
Excellent advocacy, writing, and client-management skills
