Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in Ventura County. The role will focus on high‑stakes commercial and construction disputes across public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing significant matters, supervising junior lawyers, and developing client relationships. There is an expectation that the hire will bring or expand a portable practice and contribute to business development locally.

Active admission to practice in California.
Established experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation, including trial and motion practice.
Proven ability to manage caseloads and supervise associates.
Track record of business development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
