Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a contentious practice in Ventura County. The role focuses on employment and labor disputes with a significant professional liability, healthcare and construction component.

The partner will handle complex commercial and regulatory matters, supervise litigation teams, and work closely with trial counsel. The position is client-facing and requires developing and expanding client relationships in the region.

Established litigation partner with a strong background in employment and labor matters; experience with professional liability, healthcare and/or construction disputes preferred.
Proven trial and motion experience and ability to manage complex commercial litigation matters.
Client development skills with a track record of originating or growing business; portable book of business will be considered.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Ventura County office.
