Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Ventura County

Senior litigation partner role for an established West Coast office. The hire will lead a cross-practice disputes team focused on commercial litigation, securities-related matters and white‑collar defense for privately held and institutional clients.

Responsibilities include supervising trial and appellate work, counseling on regulatory and enforcement risks, and growing client relationships. The team handles complex contested matters and provides hands-on courtroom leadership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense
• Extensive trial and motion practice experience; strong courtroom presence
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers
