High-performing law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Ventura County. The role is focused on leading complex employment litigation matters, supervising teams, and acting as a senior client-facing lawyer.

The successful candidate will work with a broad range of employer-side matters, manage case strategy from intake through trial or resolution, and contribute to business development and client retention efforts. This is an opportunity to join an established practice group with national reach while maintaining a local presence.

Partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation (defense-side experience preferred).
Proven track record of managing teams and leading matters through disposition or trial.
Strong client-development skills; a portable practice or book of business is desirable.
Active admission to the California bar or eligibility to transfer admission in line with professional rules.
