An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Ventura County litigation team. The role focuses on securities-related litigation and white-collar matters, handling contested cases from investigation through trial and appeal.

This is a hands-on leadership position: you will manage complex litigation matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. The firm serves a mix of private and corporate clients and offers national platform support while preserving considerable local autonomy.

Partner-level candidate with substantial securities litigation and/or white-collar trial experience
Active bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission
Proven record of managing teams and handling complex contested matters
Portable practice or demonstrable client development ability welcomed
