The successful candidate will join an established practice handling complex transactions and advisory matters for regional and international clients. This is a visible, business‑building role with opportunities to lead mandates and develop client relationships in the UAE market.

Established partner or senior corporate lawyer with a proven M&A track record.
Experience advising on corporate governance and cross‑border transactions in the UAE/region.
Strong client development skills; ability to originate and grow portable work.
Admission to a relevant jurisdiction and demonstrable leadership of deal teams.
