Senior corporate partner role to join a well-established international firm’s Abu Dhabi office. The team advises on cross-border corporate transactions and commercial matters across the Gulf, with work extending into Qatar and the wider Middle East.

The role suits a market-facing partner who will lead mandates, originate work and develop client relationships while working alongside a regional team. You will handle complex transactional, corporate governance and strategic commercial instructions for regional and international clients.

Proven partner-level corporate practice, with experience leading transactions and client teams
Track record originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice or grow revenue in the region
Experience advising on cross-border Middle East or Gulf matters (transactions, governance, commercial)
Qualified solicitor/advocate in a relevant jurisdiction and eligible to practise in Abu Dhabi
