Senior corporate partner role based in Abu Dhabi, leading M&A and transactional work for corporate clients across the UAE and the wider Gulf region. The role will sit within an established Middle East corporate team handling cross-border transactions and governance matters.

The partner will lead deals and advise on corporate governance and transactional structuring, working closely with regional and international colleagues. This is a front‑running client-facing seat with responsibility for managing execution and mentoring junior lawyers.

A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcomed. The team offers strong regional platform support and collaboration across offices.

Proven partner‑level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional matters.
Track record of leading cross‑border transactions and advising on corporate governance.
Established client relationships or demonstrable origination ability; a portable practice is an asset.
Ability to manage teams, supervise deals, and work with international colleagues.
