Senior corporate partner opportunity in Chicago with a full-service international law firm platform. The role will focus on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising on corporate governance, and developing client relationships across corporate and commercial workstreams.

The team advises mid-market to large corporate clients across industries; the hire will work collaboratively with colleagues across US and international offices to win and execute cross-border deals. The office is seeking a partner able to originate and deepen client engagements and to mentor and grow junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in M&A and transactional corporate work.
Proven track record of client origination and a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability.
Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience mentoring associates and leading deal teams.
Admission to practice in Illinois or eligibility to transfer admission; excellent commercial judgment and communication skills.
