Established law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined corporate transactions and commercial litigation practice from its Denver office. The role suits a market-facing partner who can originate work and integrate into cross‑office sector teams.

Priority will be given to candidates who bring a portable practice or who can join as part of an existing team. The group focuses on high-value corporate work and big‑ticket commercial disputes across regulated and technology‑led sectors.

Lateral partner with a track record of leading significant corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation matters.
Proven business development ability and an established book of work or willingness to join as part of a team.
Sector experience in at least one of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
Comfort collaborating across multiple offices and advising on cross‑border matters.
