Seeking a partner to join a well-established national firm’s Denver office to lead and grow corporate and energy transactional work. The role focuses on M&A and commercial transactions across renewable energy, oil & gas, and related capital markets matters.

The hire will work with an existing team of corporate and finance lawyers and will have significant client-facing responsibility, including deal leadership, business development, and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate new client work is desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and energy project development (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Track record of originating or growing client relationships and managing complex deals.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising associates and coordinating cross-practice teams.
Admission to practice in Colorado or eligibility to be admitted, and ability to work from the Denver office.
