Opportunity for a partner to lead and expand a transactional corporate practice with a strong focus on energy and technology-related matters. The role centers on M&A, project development and commercial work across renewables and oil & gas, together with tech transactions and capital markets engagements.

Work with a broad corporate platform and a multidisciplinary team to originate and close complex deals, advise sponsors and corporate clients, and grow a portable practice. The team supports cross-office engagement across corporate, finance and energy matters while providing institutional resources for client service and business development.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and transactional corporate work, ideally including tech transactions and capital markets.
Substantive experience in energy sector matters (renewables and/or oil & gas), including project development and commercial agreements.
Proven ability to originate business and grow a portable book of business; strong client relationships and business-development capability.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams and support deal execution from scope to close.
