Senior partner role in a major U.S. law firm’s Jacksonville office for an established energy and environmental practitioner. The role focuses on advising energy-sector clients on regulatory, permitting and environmental compliance matters, with an emphasis on federal environmental law and agency engagement.

The firm is seeking a partner to grow and lead the regional energy/environmental practice, take responsibility for client relationships, and work alongside litigation, transactional and regulatory teams on cross-disciplinary matters. Portable practice and demonstrated business development are valued.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and permitting matters.
Experience with federal environmental regimes (EPA or equivalent) and agency engagement.
Track record of client development and ability to bring or expand portable business.
