Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Jacksonville office to lead and expand a technology and healthcare-focused regulatory and compliance practice. The role emphasizes privacy & data protection, health IT and software-related regulatory work.

The partner will advise healthcare and technology clients on regulatory compliance, privacy programs, vendor agreements and risk management, and will work closely with cross-practice teams on transactional and advisory matters.

Portable client relationships and business development capability are welcome; the role offers an opportunity to build a regional center of excellence within an established US firm.

Partner-level experience advising on technology, healthcare regulatory and privacy/data-protection matters
Proven track record of client development and ability to bring or grow portable business
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial and vendor agreements, policies and compliance programs
Active bar admission in the United States and ability to work from the Jacksonville office
