Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Jacksonville litigation team with a focus on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role emphasizes defending clients in False Claims Act and managed-care matters, while also handling complex commercial disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will receive support from an experienced regional and national platform, with opportunities to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices. Candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships in healthcare or technology litigation are encouraged to apply.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active litigation practice
Proven track record in healthcare litigation, including FCA defense and managed-care matters
Experience with commercial disputes involving AI, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency issues preferred
Demonstrated leadership, trial or dispositive motion experience, and ability to originate or bring a portable book of business
