Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate practice in New York with a strong focus on M&A, transactional work and energy-sector deals. The role will handle cross-practice matters involving technology companies, capital markets transactions and project development across renewables and oil & gas.

The team advises corporate clients on strategic transactions and complex commercial arrangements. This is an opportunity to lead client relationships, originate new work and work on high‑value, multi-jurisdictional matters with an established platform and resources.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a proven corporate/M&A and transactional background.
Demonstrable experience in energy sector matters (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related transactions.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable practice/book of business welcomed.
Strong deal execution, commercial judgment and ability to work across finance, capital markets and project development matters.
