We are seeking a seasoned transactional energy partner to join a national corporate practice focused on oil & gas, renewables and project development. The role emphasizes high-value M&A, project finance and related corporate work across the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will bring deep transactional experience advising sponsors, developers and corporate clients on complex deals and constructions, and will play a leadership role in growing a market-facing energy practice.

Established partner-track record in energy transactions (M&A, project development, project finance)
Demonstrable experience originating and managing client relationships; portable practice/book of business expected
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in the United States
