Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice in Berlin with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role involves advising on both buy- and sell‑side deals, fund-related matters and cross-border transactions for international and domestic clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within a busy team, driving business development and cooperating closely with finance and international practice groups. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice; demonstrable client relationships and an ability to originate work are important.

Established partner or counsel with significant experience in corporate transactions and finance work, ideally with private equity and/or venture capital focus.
Proven track record of handling mid‑ to large‑market deals and cross‑border matters involving German and international parties.
Demonstrable business development ability and client origination; a portable practice is an asset.
Strong leadership and team‑management experience; excellent commercial and drafting skills.
Fluency in German and English (transactional practice).
