Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Berlin finance practice. The role focuses on complex capital markets and finance transactions across Germany and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team advising corporate and financial institution clients on debt and equity financings, including structured and syndicated transactions. This is a senior role with client-facing and origination responsibilities.

Admitted to practise in Germany (or eligible and willing to qualify).
Established partner-level track record advising on finance and capital markets transactions.
Proven client relationship skills and ability to originate or grow a portable practice.
Fluency in German and strong English language skills; experience on cross-border matters preferred.
