Leading German practice is seeking a partner to strengthen and lead its compliance and regulatory offering within the finance and banking group in Berlin. The role will combine client advisory on financial regulatory matters with development of compliance programmes and regulatory risk work.

The successful hire will join a senior team, work on cross-practice matters and have the opportunity to grow a regulatory practice in Germany and across the firm's finance platform. This is a partner-level opening where business development and a portable practice are valued.

Proven partner-level experience advising financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters (domestic and cross-border).
Strong knowledge of financial services regulation (including international frameworks relevant to banking and capital markets).
Demonstrable track record of client development; portable book of business or clear ability to generate new mandates preferred.
Leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across practice groups; fluency in German and English beneficial.
