Senior finance partner role in Berlin for a leading international law firm seeking to strengthen its Germany banking and finance practice. The role will lead and originate complex debt and banking transactions for domestic and cross-border clients, working with regional and global teams.

We are looking for an experienced partner with a track record of originating and running significant finance matters and who can bring and grow client relationships in the German market. The role offers a senior seat with responsibility for business development, team leadership and high-value client advice.

Established partner with significant experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and a portable practice.
Qualified to practise in Germany or an equivalent jurisdiction; experience advising German clients or on German-law aspects.
Strong technical skills across debt finance and banking matters, commercial judgment and team leadership experience.
Fluent English; German language skills preferred.
