Partner — Corporate / M&A, Berlin

Leading German law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Berlin corporate team, with a primary focus on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work. The role will involve advising domestic and cross-border clients on strategic acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings.

The practice offers access to an established corporate platform and support for business development. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships.

• Qualified to practise in Germany with significant partner-level M&A and transactional experience
• Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable practice preferred
• Strong commercial judgment and experience leading deal teams
• Fluent in German and English; excellent client-facing and business development skills
