Leading German practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Berlin finance and corporate team. The role focuses on advising asset managers and investment management clients on fund matters, investment structures and related finance work across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on deal execution and client development, working closely with partners across practice groups. The team offers broad transactional work and opportunities to grow a portable practice.

Established partner/equivalent with significant experience in finance, asset management or investment management work.
Proven track record of originating and managing transactions and client relationships; a portable book of business is welcome.
Strong technical knowledge of German and cross-border fund and finance matters.
Fluent German and English; admitted to practise in Germany.
