Partner-level opening for an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer to join a major national firm’s Dallas office. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and transactional matters across technology, renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

Ideal candidates will lead client relationships, originate and manage significant transactions, and mentor junior lawyers. The team serves corporate clients on project development, commercial contracting and finance matters.

Proven partner-level commercial transactional experience (M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance).
Substantial experience advising clients in energy (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology sectors preferred.
Track record of originating and managing client work and supervising deal teams; portable practice/clients welcome.
Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
