Leading German full-service firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Hamburg corporate and finance capability. The role focuses on transactional work across private equity and venture capital, together with related debt financing and sponsor-led matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy team advising domestic and international clients on larger mid‑cap and large‑cap transactions. This is a visible role with mandate responsibility and active business-development expectations; a portable practice or client relationships in the PE/VC space are welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and finance (private equity, venture capital, sponsor-side and related financing).
Track record advising on larger mid-cap and large-cap deals, with international or cross-border experience preferred.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability; portable book of business welcomed.
Admission to practice in Germany and strong commercial awareness; fluent German and English.
