Experienced restructuring partner wanted to join the Hamburg office of a leading international law firm. The role will focus on advising on complex insolvency, distressed M&A and turnaround matters, including cross-border restructurings and creditor/debtor work.

This is a partner-level opening for someone able to lead engagements, grow a market-facing practice and work collaboratively with teams across Europe. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record in restructuring/distressed work is welcomed.

Lateral partner with established restructuring/distressed advisory experience at partner level
Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of German insolvency law
Proven track record of business development and a portable client base or origination history
Experience leading teams on complex, cross-border matters and interfacing with finance stakeholders
