This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships and growing a market-facing corporate practice. The team advises national and international corporates across a range of sectors.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and transactional work
Established client origination skills and ability to develop a portable practice; firm is flexible on exact book size
Admitted in Germany (or equivalent) with strong local market reputation
Fluent German and English; excellent leadership and business-development capability
