Partner-level role for an established corporate and finance practice based in the Los Angeles / Santa Monica area. The position focuses on private equity and venture capital matters across buyouts, growth financings and related corporate work.

This is a leadership-facing role: you will steward client relationships, lead deal teams and help grow the practice in the region. The firm is offering a clear path to equity partnership for the right candidate.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level track record in private equity and venture capital transactions.
Portable practice with demonstrated client relationships and origination ability preferred.
Experience leading deal teams, managing complex transactions and advising sponsors, portfolio companies or investors.
Strong business development and mentoring skills; ability to integrate into a collaborative firm environment.
