Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Minneapolis corporate practice with a focus on M&A, capital markets and transactions for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role will collaborate with cross‑discipline teams including technology, intellectual property and litigation to advise issuers, PE-backed companies and emerging growth clients.

The successful candidate will play a leadership role in business development, client relationship management and deal execution, and will work with regional and national teams to expand local capabilities. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established corporate partner with a track record in M&A and capital markets transactions
Experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients and/or technology companies
Strong client development, team leadership and cross‑practice collaboration skills
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office
