Established global firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Short Hills office to lead and expand core corporate and regulated-industry practices. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and strategic transactions for clients across healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial services.

Ideal candidates will combine a transactional corporate practice with experience advising regulated sectors (healthcare/life sciences) and/or technology and IP-related transactions. The team handles cross-border matters and collaborates with specialist litigation and finance groups.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A and capital markets, ideally with exposure to healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services clients
Demonstrable record of client origination and relationship management; a portable practice is preferred
Strong experience on technology transactions and/or IP-related deal work is a plus
Admission to the relevant US bar and ability to work on cross-border matters with multi-office teams
