The role emphasizes M&A and capital markets work across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients, with opportunities to collaborate on cross‑border and regional matters.

The team also works closely with related practices including private equity, technology transactions and IP litigation, so candidates who can develop integrated solutions across those areas are preferred. The hire will join a busy platform with strong referral pipelines from other U.S. and international offices.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a relationship- and business-development-oriented lawyer with experience handling significant corporate transactions and capital markets matters. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships is highly valued.

Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred.
