Lateral Partner — Corporate, Healthcare & IP — Short Hills

Established international law practice is seeking a lateral partner to expand its corporate bench in Short Hills. The role will focus on leading and originating work across M&A, capital markets and technology-related corporate matters, with significant exposure to healthcare and life‑sciences clients and related IP/technology transactions.

The successful candidate will help grow a multidisciplinary team, win new client engagements and collaborate with specialist practices across the platform on cross-border and sector-focused mandates. This is a senior leadership role with client relationship and origination responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity or capital markets transactions
• Experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences companies and working with IP/technology issues
• Demonstrated ability to originate business and build or lead a team
