Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate group in the Short Hills office. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic corporate work, with significant exposure to M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions, and collaborations with the firm’s IP and securities teams.

Ideal candidates will be able to lead deal teams, originate and deepen client relationships, and work across industry sectors such as technology, life sciences, financial services and energy. The position offers collaboration with established practices in adjacent offices and the opportunity to contribute to a growing regional platform.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions
Portable client relationships and demonstrable ability to originate and grow business
Track record of leading deal teams and collaborating across practice groups (IP, securities, finance)
Strong judgment, excellent client-facing skills and ability to work in a multi-office international platform
