Senior partner opportunity in a national law firm platform seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to build and lead work in corporate transactions, IP (including patent) litigation, and related commercial disputes. The role is focused on growing the firm s presence in the Southeast, with Raleigh as a priority location and flexibility to support other regional offices.

The team values an entrepreneurial partner with a portable practice who can originate matters, mentor senior associates, and work collaboratively across corporate and IP groups. The position offers firm resources to support cross-practice matters and business development.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions and/or IP/patent litigation.
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business and proven origination ability.
Track record of leading teams and developing client relationships; strong business development skills.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Raleigh.
