Partner-level experience advising on M&A and private equity transactions
Proven experience with life‑sciences or IP-driven commercial deals and familiarity with energy transactional matters
Demonstrable business development / client origination skills; open to candidates with a portable practice
Admission to practice in New York and ability to work from the New York office
