Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP & Employment (Winston-Salem)

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to join a full-service office as a practice leader across corporate, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation) and labor & employment matters. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and collaboration with established teams across the region.

Priority will be given to candidates with a portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow business, particularly in corporate transactions, IP litigation and ERISA/employee-benefits matters. The team values flexible fee arrangements and cross-practice collaboration.

• Proven partner-level experience in one or more of: corporate (transactions and advisory), IP litigation (patent experience a plus), labor & employment, or ERISA/employee-benefits.
• Portable book of business or clear origination track record; ability and willingness to develop local and regional client relationships.
• Strong litigation or transactional credentials as appropriate to the practice; trial or deal leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, business development and team leadership skills to work across offices and practice groups.
