Partner — Intellectual Property, Litigation & Corporate, Winston-Salem

Experienced partner sought to join a leading international law firm’s Winston-Salem office, with a primary focus on intellectual property and patent litigation and a secondary focus on corporate transactional and governance work. The role will sit within a coordinated national platform and involves working with cross-office teams on complex matters.

The firm is particularly interested in partners with an established, portable practice and demonstrable business development ability. Candidates should be comfortable taking a visible client-facing role and collaborating with litigation and corporate colleagues across offices.

• Established partner with demonstrated track record in IP and patent litigation; strong trial or contested litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in corporate transactional work and corporate governance matters is desirable.
• Proven business development skills and a portable client base (book of business).
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and mentor junior lawyers; active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
