The role will focus on private equity-related litigation and patent disputes in life sciences and technology, with opportunities to work on energy-related matters regionally.
The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team, managing client relationships, supervising litigation teams and contributing to business development. This is a visible partner role with significant autonomy and access to national platform resources.
- Experienced partner-level litigator or hybrid litigator/transactional partner with significant experience in patent litigation and antitrust matters, particularly involving private equity and life sciences/technology clients
- Demonstrated ability to originate and sustain client relationships; portable book of business required
- Track record of leading teams on complex, high-stakes matters and managing cross-office collaborations
- Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s) and able to practice in California
