Top-tier international firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Boston office's transactional and commercial litigation capabilities. The role is focused on growing cross-border M&A and high-value commercial disputes across regulated sectors.

Priority will be given to established teams or partners with an existing, demonstrable book of business and deep relationships in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive industry clients. The hire will collaborate with offices across the US and key international markets.

Proven partner-level experience handling complex M&A and commercial litigation matters.
Demonstrable client relationships and a portable practice or team (team hires encouraged).
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred.
Strong cross-border experience and ability to work with US and international offices.
