Leading global law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Sacramento corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-driven transactions. The role will sit within a broad cross-practice platform that includes healthcare, life sciences, IP and litigation support.

The successful candidate will help expand existing transactional capabilities in the region, work on cross-office and cross‑border matters, and collaborate with specialist teams on IP, technology and life‑sciences deals. This is a strategic hire intended to build market presence and originate new business.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating and leading complex corporate and capital markets matters are highly valued.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A and/or capital markets.
Proven record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience on technology transactions, life‑sciences or IP‑related deals a strong plus.
Ability to work across offices and with multidisciplinary teams; admitted or able to qualify in California preferred.
