Senior partner role within a national practice platform seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to lead and grow transactional and technology-focused work from the Sacramento office. The position will sit at the intersection of M&A, capital markets, technology transactions and intellectual property matters, with opportunities to handle cross‑border and sector-focused deals (life sciences, technology, energy and financial services).

The role combines fee‑earning leadership with business development responsibilities: building client relationships, originating work and mentoring junior lawyers. The team works closely with national and international colleagues to deliver integrated corporate, capital markets and IP solutions.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate/M&A and capital markets, and/or technology transactions and IP-related matters.
Proven track record of leading deals or disputes and managing teams on complex matters.
Demonstrated business development ability; a portable client base or proven origination history is desirable.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong communication and client‑management skills.
