Leading international law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to help grow an established corporate practice in its Sacramento office. The role will focus on corporate M&A, capital markets and transactions for clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology and other regulated industries. The team also handles related IP and litigation matters alongside transactional work.

The successful candidate will join a growing regional platform with national and cross-border deal flow, collaborating with sector-focused teams across offices. Responsibilities include originating and leading transactions, advising issuer- and private-equity-side clients, and managing client relationships and matters from pitch through execution.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions
Experience advising clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services sectors
Proven ability to originate business and lead cross-functional teams on complex deals
