Partner, Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Sacramento

Leading national law firm seeks a Partner to join its Sacramento corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role combines client-facing deal work with business development to grow the regional practice.

The position will handle complex cross-border and domestic transactions, advise issuer-side capital markets matters, and support matters involving life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients. The team also works alongside litigation and IP colleagues on transaction-related disputes and technology/IP matters.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established corporate partner with substantial experience in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
• Demonstrable track record of originating and leading multi-jurisdictional transactions and developing client relationships
• Comfort working with technology transactions and coordinating with IP and litigation practices
