Established global law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Sacramento office to strengthen corporate and litigation capabilities. The role focuses on leading and growing practices across M&A, capital markets (issuer-side and related work), emerging-growth and technology transactions, and IP litigation and counseling.

The position suits an experienced partner who can develop client relationships, lead cross-office matters and work closely with industry-focused teams (technology, life sciences, financial services and energy). A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is desirable; the team welcomes both group moves and strong individual hires.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions, and/or IP litigation
Track record of business development and leading cross-office matters; portable practice welcomed
Experience advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with national and international teams
